Good Food that Does Good

Our Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives are embedded in how we work. From the food we produce to the way we support our employees, every aspect of our business is designed to have a positive impact on people and the planet.

B Corp Certification

As a B Corp certified company, we meet the highest standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. This certification reflects our ongoing commitment to sustainable sourcing, responsible manufacturing, and ethical business practices, ensuring that the impact of our food goes beyond the plate.

Thankful for Farmers

Through Red Tractor, we have proudly partnered with Thankful for Farmers for over three years, enabling the brand and its customers to give back to farmers across Australia. This partnership allows us to recognise and thank farmers for their critical work, while supporting programs that strengthen and assist agricultural and rural communities.

Through this initiative, 5c from every pack of Red Tractor’s four core oats products is donated, with most funds contributing directly to programs that provide practical support and resources to farming communities across Australia.

Foodbank National Partnership

As a national partner of Foodbank Australia, we help ensure Australians in need have access to healthy, nutritious food. Our donations of breakfast products and other staple ingredients - including oats, quinoa, and chia - support Foodbank’s national programs and the Schools Breakfast Program, helping communities stay well-nourished while contributing to Foodbank’s wider efforts across the country.

We also support Foodbank through the re-pack service, making bulk donations easier to distribute, and on-site volunteering, assisting Foodbank partners where extra hands are needed.

Australian Packaging Covenant Organisation

Our partnership with the Australian Packaging Covenant Organisation (APCO) is not just a step toward better packaging - it’s a pledge to our planet and the communities we serve. Together, we’re rethinking how packaging is created, used, and reused to reduce waste, conserve resources, and make recycling simpler and more effective.

We’ve already made meaningful progress, shifting to recyclable mono-material packaging and using cartons made from at least 70% recycled content. And we’re not stopping there. We’re committed to finding new ways to reduce landfill waste and keep improving the sustainability of our packaging - so every step we take leaves a lighter footprint.
